Children’s Cancer Connection relies on volunteers to make 60+ programs possible for Iowa families as well as to run fundraising and awareness events. Please browse through our list of upcoming volunteer opportunities, and join us! Existing volunteers can review specifics and sign up for shifts in the CCC Volunteer Portal unless otherwise noted. - Dec. 9: Volunteers ages 16+ are needed at the annual Holiday Drop-Off event. Help with set-up, run crafts and games for attendees, and help strike the set when it’s over.
- Dec. 15-16: Volunteers ages 21+ are needed to assist during the overnight Teen Lock-In at the Jeff and Deb Hansen Home for Hope.
- Jan. 6: Volunteers ages 16+ engage with children during arts and crafts, and playtime, at the monthly Kids Club.
